Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer fast and reliable shipping on all orders.

Free Shipping (Continental U.S.)
We provide free shipping to all 48 continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

International Orders
Due to our participation in the eBay International Shipping Program, all international orders must be placed through our eBay store, which allows for streamlined customs processing, tracking, and delivery.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the most efficient delivery method.

Order Processing & Handling Time
Please allow one (1) business day for order processing.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time may qualify for same-day shipment, depending on order volume and product availability.

Warehouse & Fulfillment Locations
All products are stocked and shipped from our own distribution facilities located throughout the Southern United States, allowing for fast and reliable nationwide delivery.
If an item is temporarily out of stock at one of our facilities, your order may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to prevent delays.


Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return process.

30-Day Free Returns
Returns initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date are eligible for a full refund, with free return shipping.

Return Label Process
For all approved returns, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to the email address used at checkout, along with instructions for returning the item.

Returns After 30 Days
Returns requested after 30 days due to incorrect ordering or buyer error may still be accepted; however, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our Mistake Guarantee
If an error occurs on our end, including:

  • An incorrect item shipped
  • Incorrect Part Specifications
  • Incorrect vehicle fitment information provided in the product listing

We will cover all return shipping costs and promptly correct the issue.


Return Instructions (Approved Returns)

Once a return request has been approved, customers must follow the instructions below to ensure proper processing.

Returns Initiated Within 30 Days of Delivery
Approved returns started within 30 days qualify for a full refund or store credit and free return shipping. A prepaid return label will be emailed to the address used at checkout. Customers must print the label, securely package the product, clearly mark the Order or PO Number on the exterior of the package, and tender the shipment to the carrier indicated on the label (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

Returns for products damaged in shipping are eligible for a full refund. Items that were sent incorrectly by our company or that had incorrect specifications or vehicle fitment are also eligible for a full refund. Both scenarios will follow the free return shipping instructions outlined above, and a prepaid return label will be provided.

Approved Returns Outside 30 Days
For approved returns requested after 30 days, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please clearly mark the Order or PO Number on the exterior of the package. Products must be securely packaged and shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Condition of Returned Merchandise
All returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were originally shipped to qualify for a full refund. Returns are inspected upon arrival. Refunds or store credits will be issued only after the product has been received and processed at our facility. There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
